FIXED PRICE

This option offers you the ability to lock-in a rate, for an estimated number of gallons, for fuel oil deliveries during a contracted period of time.

We have fixed price offers available throughout the year, though the offers will fluctuate due to market volatility and availability. This means that you have the option to lock-in when you decide !!

A fixed rate may be established for both a Budget Account or Pay Per Delivery Account (see payment options below).

PREBUY

This option offers a discount ($.25) off our Base Fixed rate by PrePaying for a number of gallons for a contracted period of time. You determine the number of gallons you would like to "PrePay". We do have a minimum prepay of 500 gallons or up to 100% of your annual usage.

Once your PrePaid gallons are delivered your account will revert to a Floating Rate unless a new PreBuy or Fixed contract is established.

If you purchase more gallons than are delivered within the contracted term, the dollar value becomes a credit on your account which may be refunded or applied to a new PreBuy contract.

FLOAT PRICE

This is a daily rate that fluctuates with the market. You may opt to float for as long as you like and lock-in if and when you decide the time is right.

PAY PER DELIVERY

A method of billing/payment in which you will receive an invoice (via mail or email) upon delivery. Payment is due in full within 30 days of delivery, however, a discount may be taken for payments received within 10 days of delivery via cash or check (please read about our discount options below)

MONTHLY BUDGET

A method of billing/payment which splits your estimated annual costs into eleven regular monthly payments. Budget "close-outs" occur on the eleventh month at which time a total year's budget statement will be issued and any balance on the account will be due in full.

A monthly budget amount is determined by estimating your oil delivery costs for the budget year, adding your annual service agreement cost (where applicable), less any credit balance (where applicable), and dividing this estimated annual cost by eleven budget payments.

NOTE: a) budget amounts are an estimate of actual costs which may be reviewed and adjusted where appropriate, and b) billable service calls and tank protection billings are not included in your budget.
